Summit Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Summit, you agree to the following terms designed to ensure an enriching and accessible experience for all attendees.

 Participation and Access

• Live Sessions: Access live sessions through the dedicated Summit Streamyard links, which allow direct streaming and real-time Q&A participation via live chat. Recorded live sessions are accessible for 48 hours post-event for free ticket holders. All Access Pass holders have lifetime access to the recordings.
• Technical Requirements: A stable internet connection and an updated browser ensure an optimal viewing experience. While live sessions are best viewed on a computer, mobile devices are also supported.
• Accessing Sessions: Daily emails will provide links to live sessions. If you miss the live broadcast, recorded sessions are available on our dedicated portal for 48 hours for free ticket holders. Check your Spam and Promotions folders if you can't find our emails. For extended access, consider upgrading to Unlimited Access.
• Summit Portal Access: To watch session replays, register for free and access the portal. Should you need to reset your password, use the "forgot password" feature with your registration email, or CLICK HERE and select "forgot password".
• Zoom and Facebook: Sessions are not conducted via Zoom but can be accessed through the provided Streamyard links and our dedicated portal for the recordings. Our Facebook group offers additional community engagement, with live streams also available to view here. 

 Support and Accessibility

• Customer Support: For technical issues or content access queries, contact [email protected]. Our team aims to respond within 1-2 business days.
• Accessibility: We strive for inclusivity. Live sessions and recordings within the Facebook group and Streamyard are captioned, and variable playback speed is available on the portal for the recordings. If you have specific accessibility needs, please reach out at [email protected].

 Upgrades and Additional Information

• Unlimited Access: Free Summit access includes 48-hour post-event session viewing. For lifetime access to all sessions and over $997 in bonus materials, upgrade to Unlimited Access HERE. Upgrades provide flexibility to enjoy the Summit at your pace, anytime.
