How the retreat unfolds...
09.08.26 | DAY 1
We begin by connecting to the land, creating a land altar, and offering our gratitude to the earth beneath us.
From there, we clear our energy with a smudging ritual and express our inner fire through color, guided by a local artist.
09.09.26 | DAY 2
We begin the day with Fire as a teacher, exploring how it moves energy in the body, how it activates, how it releases it, and what it feels like to be truly held sacred fire.
We receive a fire frequency sound bath to reset our energy field.
We close the day by cooking together with a pastry chef, and curating a FIRE-based tea celebration.
09.10.26 | DAY 3
We explore Sacred Fire ceremonies, what makes them powerful, how to receive them fully, and how to let them do their work without getting in the way.
A herbalist guides us through the plant spirits that sustain and support our inner fire cycles.
We close the day with a full Fire ceremony, where you practice holding it all in real time..
09.11.26 | DAY 4
We open the day with Fire movement, letting your body integrate the fire ceremony.
We walk through a journey to anchor the ignited version of yourself, and discuss practices to maintain her frequency.
We move into incense crafting and smoke divination.
As the sun sets, we gather around a candlelit sacred meal, a feast to honor Fire and each other.

On our last morning, we eat together, close the circle, and talk about practices to follow when you get back to day-to-day life.
Including how to honor the element of fire, and create a relationship that sustains you and holds you in the ups and downs of the human experience.

Your registration does not include transportation to or from the airport.
Please arrange your own travel to Fox Haven Farm in Jefferson, Maryland. Plan to arrive by September 8th at 4:00 PM so you can settle in before we begin, and plan your departure for September 12th at 11:00 AM to honor the full flow of the retreat.
Pre-/Post-Retreat Accommodations
If you choose to arrive before September 8 or stay beyond September 12, you’ll be responsible for arranging and covering your own lodging for those extra nights.
Travel Insurance & Medical Expenses
We suggest that you purchase travel insurance that covers medical care, trip cancellations, and unexpected delays. Any medical treatment or personal expenses before, during, or after the retreat are your responsibility.
